Classes are held on Mondays through Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Mondays:
Juniors (ages 5 ~ 16): 6:30 pm ~ 8:00pm
Seniors, all levels (16+): 8:00pm ~ 9:30 pm

Tuesdays, alternating weeks:
Beginners (16+): 8:00pm ~ 9:30 pm
Women’s Class (16+): 8:00pm ~ 9:00 pm

Wednesdays:
Seniors, advanced (16+): 8:00pm ~ 9:30 pm

Thursdays:

All ages, 4kyu and above: 10: am ~ 12:00 pm

Seniors who have time are encouraged to attend the early session to help with the kids, and juniors are also welcome to stay and work out during the late session.
