Schedule & Calendar

Classes are held on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Juniors (ages 5 ~ 16): 6:30 pm ~ 8:00pm
Seniors (16+): 8:00pm ~ 9:30 pm

Seniors who have time are encouraged to attend the early session to help with the kids, and juniors are also welcome to stay and work out during the late session.
