Schedule & Calendar

Classes are held on Monday and Thursday evenings from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.

Juniors (ages 5 ~ 16): 7:00pm ~ 8:30pm
Seniors (16+): 8:30pm ~ 10:00pm

Seniors who have time are encouraged to attend the early session to help with the kids, and juniors are also welcome to stay and work out during the late session.

Starting Monday, October 2, 2017, we will move our class times up by 30 minutes to accommodate a greater number of students and families who prefer an earlier starting/ending time.
Juniors: 6:30-8:00 pm
Seniors: 8:00-9:30 pm
